A Professor
I am a Computer Science Professor, Agile Scrum Master, and UI/UX Expert with a passion for bridging the gap between academic theory and industry reality.
With over 20 years of experience in higher education, tech innovation, and project leadership, I have dedicated my career to fostering a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship among students.
My journey began in Brazil, where I completed my Bachelor's in Industrial Processes and Master's in Business Administration. This foundation in business and technology led me to teaching roles at UNISOCIESC, where I spent a decade shaping minds in Internet Systems, Engineering, and Marketing.
In search of new challenges, I moved to Montreal, Canada, where I furthered my education with a D.E.C. in Computer Science at LaSalle College. This strategic move allowed me to understand the North American educational system from the inside out, preparing me for my current role as a Professor and Coordinator at Vanier College.
Beyond the classroom, I am an entrepreneur at heart. Co-founding Elytian Inc. and leading various tech initiatives has given me the practical insight necessary to mentor students effectively. I believe in teaching not just code, but the agile mindsets and user-centric design principles that drive the industry forward.
